Okay, here is how to setup...Google fax in 6 easy steps.
Number 1. Grab a valid email address from Gmail.com. If this is your first gmail address, make sure you have a cell phone ready so you can receive a verification text message.

Number 5. Where you would normally add the email address, enter your destination fax number followed by the fax companies private email domain.
For example, if you were using eFax, you would enter the fax number like this.

Okay, you have officially sent your first Google fax.
Before I go, there’s one more thing I want to touch on. You probably have heard that there are free fax numbers available online. Prior to writing this article I tried many of the free sites. All of them seemed to have a catch.
Ads on your cover letter, 2 page limits, 1 fax a day, send and no receive or receive and no send. Lots of limitations with no real solution.
At this time, there is not a fax service that will allow you to send and receive a fax through Gmail, for free.
